This tool is the fast and easy knife sharpener that is simple to use for sharpening most of your kitchen knives. This innovative sharpening system features a solid hardwood base, permanent handguard, and an integral snap-in rod storage under the base. Similar to the way the Lansky Turn Box sharpeners work, two preset sharpening angles (20 and 25 degrees) make this the perfect tool for putting an edge on all types of cutlery at home or in camp, whether for kitchen or sporting use. The 20 degree angle is recommended for fillet, butcher, paring and skinning knives. The 25 degree angle is recommended for hunting, camping, utility and chef's knives. We accept payment ONLY in US Dollars. We accept credit card payments only via PayPal. However, we CAN invoice you via PayPal and you can send payment via PayPal WITHOUT you having to open a PayPal account (PayPal simply acts as the credit card processor in this situation). Please contact us with questions. We welcome all types of PayPal payments, and will be more than happy to work with you on alternate payment methods as well -- just contact us! We cannot ship your item until your full payment is received AND cleared. Shipping Information:
We will gladly combine shipping for you whenever it is possible to do so. There is a shipping calculator available on this page. If you feel it is not working properly, or if you would prefer we determine the shipping charge for you, please let us know your destination zip code or country, and we will relay shipping costs to you as quickly as possible.
We normally ship each weekday, Monday through Friday. We do not and cannot ship on weekends, holidays, or while we are away from the shop either on business or vacation. Shipping time estimates shown here are ESTIMATES only. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you need immediate shipment or delivery. We ship 99% of our items within one or two business days, but occasionally we encounter delays – we are only human. We will ONLY ship to the address shown in the “Ship to:” area of your PayPal payment. You may add a new Ship-To address to your PayPal account by accessing the “Profile: Add or Edit Street Address” link from your PayPal home page after you have logged in. We will NOT ship to alternate addresses “noted” in your PayPal payment. PayPal’s Buyer and Seller Protection programs ONLY apply if this requirement is met, and we want these protections in place for both your and our benefit. No exceptions will be made to this rule. We reserve the right to ship your item by an alternate shipping method. On the rare occasions when we may use an alternate shipping method, the service we choose will be comparable in delivery time to the original method you have chosen. For instance, we may ship your item via Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground. Returns & Warranty Information:
All sales are FINAL unless we have materially misrepresented an item. However, clothing, footwear, hats, or other items for which you have a choice of size MAY be exchanged for a different size if we stock the size you are returning. Clothing considered “one size fits most,” “one size fits all,” or clothing we consider a custom order and non-stocked items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
All outright returns (only on items for which returns are accepted) are subject to a $10.00 or 20% restocking charge, whichever is greater. Alternatively, you may take store credit for the purchase price of the item being returned -- store credits must be used within 30 days. Freight charges are never refundable. Some manufacturers' warranties may be affected by purchasing their merchandise on online auction sites such as eBay. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to confirm with the manufacturer the extent to which any manufacturers’ warranty applies. We offer NO WARRANTY of our own, express or implied, and we will not guarantee the manufacturer's warranty.
Stocking Information:
We stock the vast majority of the products we sell. The few that we do not are items that we drop-ship to our customers directly from our sources (all drop shipped items are noted as such in the item description, but we reserve the right to drop ship any item to our customers to maintain a timely delivery). We sell in different marketplaces which makes it impossible for us to keep inventory counts on this site exact. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the quantity shown as “available” on any particular listing is actually in stock. Please feel free to ask us before bidding if you have any questions as to the availability of a product or if you need it delivered immediately.
We normally keep what we consider a generous stock of every item we sell on-hand. Although it is very rare, we have experienced situations before where we sell out of an item because of unusually high customer demand. In these cases, we will make EVERY attempt humanly possible to ship your item as quickly as possible, but some delays are inevitable and unavoidable. When we cannot provide the item to you within the period of time offered in the listing, we will contact you and ask you to decide if you are willing to wait for the item, or if you prefer, we can process a 100% refund. We want our customers to be happy! International Buyers, please note:
Import duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping rate. These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Duties, taxes and customs charges are normally collected by the shipping company delivering the package or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse these with additional shipping charges.
