PAYMENTS:
We accept payment ONLY in US dollars. We accept (and prefer) payments via Money Order or Cashier’s Check. However, we also welcome credit card payments and E-Checks through PayPal. Please realize that if you fund your PayPal payment from your checking account, this is considered an E-Check payment, and it will take up to several days to clear, just as a check does, which will delay shipment.
SHIPPING:
To determine shipping charges, please feel free to use the shipping calculator near the bottom of this auction page. If you would prefer we determine the shipping charge for you, please let us know your zip code or destination country, and we will relay shipping costs to you as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY:
We stock ALL of our products in inventory. However, we are human, and inventory errors occur on occasion. If we find that we do not have an item on hand, we will re-order it and get it shipped to you as quickly as possible. We are very proud of the speed with which we deliver our products to you.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We will combine shipping charges where possible for multiple item wins. Please let us know when you will be bidding on further items that you’d like shipped together, and we’ll wait until you’re ready to “check out.”
MULTIPLES OF ITEMS:
We usually carry more than one of almost every item we sell. If you are interested in more (or even less) than the quantity of an item being auctioned, please contact us – we will work with you to provide you the quantity you need!
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We offer many, many products that are available in sizes that we do not stock. We are happy to special-order these items for you, but please realize that these sales are FINAL and the items are NON-RETURNABLE. This includes items in short or long sizes, and very small or very large sizes (Extra Small, for example, or 4XL, 5XL and larger sizes). Therefore, if you request us to order a special size for you, please be certain of the size you need. We will exchange stocked sizes for other sizes, but request that you pay for all related shipping costs associated with the exchange, as well as any possible up-charges for trading up in size.
